Dear Travel Partner,

As the new Vice President of Miami, Caribbean and Latin America (MCLA) Sales for American Airlines, it’s my pleasure to introduce the first issue of Navigator for 2019. Navigator is intended to help keep you – our valued Global Sales and Distribution customer – informed of the ways American Airlines is working to better serve you.

During my 28 years with the airline, I’ve worked in MCLA Sales for the last 20 years, with five years as Regional Sales Director and more than one year as Sales Director. I have seen first-hand how American Airlines has established itself as a premier carrier in the region. I look forward to working with the MCLA team to continue collaborating with each of you. By continuing to strengthen our team, we will provide better customer service.

In 2019, we continue working toward our goal of becoming the easiest sales organization to do business with. In this issue, you’ll learn about our Group and Meeting Travel products, the growth of the American Airlines network, our commitment to the Asia-Pacific region, and how our oneworld® partnership gives customers access to more destinations across the globe.
